Rolla University Drive

A key component of the Move Rolla Transportation Development District was the realignment of University Drive. For the past 18 years, Rolla, Missouri residents have consistently identified transportation—particularly congestion relief—as the top priority for city improvements. As part of this initiative, a large roundabout was constructed, featuring 15,000 SF of decorative median islands. Musselman & Hall Contractors was selected to install the decorative concrete median islands, utilizing Bomanite Exposed Aggregate Systems for the project. The installation featured Bomanite Sandscape Texture with Bomanite Brownstone Integral Color, complemented by Bomanite Color Hardener in Rattan, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal for the roundabout’s design.
